Terms of Use
Last updated: 13 September 2026.
1. Who this applies to
These terms govern your use of Money Meter (moneymeter.co.in), operated by Parikshram Technologies (“we”, “us”). By using the calculator or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. What Money Meter is
Money Meter is a self-reported net worth calculator and peer-ranking tool. You enter your own financial figures; we compute totals and show you how you compare to other users in similar age and profession groups. Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or financial advice — see our Disclaimer.
3. Your account and your data
We never ask your name. You're identified only by an auto-generated MoneyMeter ID (MM ID). You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — figures you provide are self-reported and unverified by us. Your entry is locked for 3 months after each save so ranks stay meaningful; see our Privacy notice for what we collect and why.
4. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to identify, contact, or de-anonymize other users. Don't enter deliberately false data to manipulate rankings or cold-start bands. Don't attempt to access another user's account, scrape the service, or interfere with its normal operation.
5. No warranty
Money Meter is provided “as is.” Rankings are directional and depend on how many people in your bucket have entered data — especially early on, when seeded baseline data blends with real entries. We don't guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parikshram Technologies is not liable for any decision made in reliance on figures, ranks, or comparisons shown on Money Meter. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated review date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. See our Grievance & Contact page for how to reach us.
